The 9″ Open Ocean is a high performance all round SUP Racing and Flat Water Fin. The thin tip and racked template allows the fin to penetrate through kelp (weeds), while the wide base provides stability required when use one fin. The Spectrum Construction provides tip flex that springs out of turns while making it the lights construction possible.
